Estudio técnico y financiero de la e.i.c.e. terminal de transportes de fusagasugá – cundinamarca

Abstract

Resumen Actualmente en Colombia las empresas industriales y comerciales del estado está pasando por un proceso de ampliación de su objeto social el cual permite que las empresas del país sean más competitivas y que toda la información financiera suministrada sea confiable, que dicha información sirva para toma de decisiones acertadas tanto para el municipio y como para la empresa en general, así lograr beneficios notorios para la misma. Las empresas industriales y Comerciales se encuentran en un nivel de competencia donde la globalización es cada día mayor; y permanentemente las estructuras tienen que ser dinámicas, modernas y sistematizadas para poder lograr obtener una mejor calidad de cobertura en un mercado competitivo. Por eso la urgencia de analizar los comportamientos financieros de la empresa para poder determinar cuáles son las bases sólidas y así mismo proyectar el desarrollo de la entidad. La presente investigación tiene como objeto realizar un estudio técnico y financiero donde la E.I.C.E TERMINAL DE TRANSPORTES DE FUSAGASUGA tenga un mejor manejo de su estructura financiera al momento de la ampliación de su objeto social, teniendo en cuenta que es una entidad descentralizada de economía mixta; esta investigación será de tipo descriptivo y documentado en donde permita medir directamente los impactos generados en esta aplicación Abstract Currently in Colombia the industrial and commercial companies of the state is going through a process of broadening its corporate purpose which allows the companies in the country to be more competitive and that all the financial information provided is reliable, that this information serves for decision making successful both for the municipality and for the Co-owners and thus achieve and notorious benefits for the company. The industrial and commercial companies are at a level of competition where globalization is increasing every day; and permanently the structures have to be dynamic, modern and systematized to be able to obtain a better quality of coverage in a competitive market. That is why the urgency of analyzing the financial behavior of the company in order to determine which are the solid foundations and also project the development of it. The purpose of this research is to carry out a technical and financial study in which the E.I.C.E TERMINAL OF TRANSPORTATION OF FUSAGASUGA has a better management of its financial structure at the time of the expansion of its corporate purpose, taking into account that it is a decentralized entity with a mixed economy; This research will be descriptive and documented in which it allows directly measuring the impacts generated in this application
