Pasantía Internacional en el Hotel Sonesta de Loja, Ecuador

Abstract

En este informe se tratan una variedad de temas relacionados a toda la experiencia Internacional que se vivió en el hotel Sonesta de Loja y, por tanto, en la ciudad. En el hotel tuvimos la oportunidad de interactuar y aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos en diferentes áreas: Alimentos y Bebidas Recepción Calidad Mercadeo Contraloría Y, menos importante, en este informe final se muestran algunas características y funcionamiento de uno de los hoteles Sonesta (origen EE. UU) Así mismo, hablamos sobre la experiencia social y personal, lo que aprendimos, lo que nos marco personalmente, hablamos un poco sobre las personas que nos rodearon y algunos detalles de la ciudad, como sus costumbres, convivencia, sentido de pertenencia y su forma de tratar al colombiano.
