Diseño del manual de procedimientos sigap - software de uso interno de la empresa gj asesores y consultores con enfoque en el área financiera y contable.

Abstract

Este proyecto se llevó a cabo con la finalidad de optimizar las operaciones que se realizan en el software de uso interno sigap de la empresa GJ Asesores y Consultores s.a.s a través de un manual detallado. La investigación que se realizó fue cualitativa la cual desempeño un papel fundamental, empleando métodos como entrevistas y análisis de proyectos anteriores, para recopilar datos no numéricos. El proyecto se divide en tres resultados, dando respuesta a los objetivos específicos, en los cuales se determina la presentación de la empresa junto con las capacitaciones que esta realizaron, el análisis de cada procedimiento no solo en el software sino los desarrollados en el transcurso de la pasantía en el área contable y financiera y finalmente el desarrollo del manual que tiene como anexo el diseño y el formato de las entrevistas que se implementaron. En el manual se identifican las mejores prácticas y procedimientos cruciales para documentar, un aspecto clave es la estandarización de los procesos, buscando establecer pautas coherentes para el uso del software, esto se traduce en la creación de flujogramas claros y figuras que facilitan la comprensión y aplicación por parte de los usuarios.

This project was carried out with the purpose of optimizing the operations carried out in the internal use software Sigap of the company GJ Asesores y Consultores s.a.s through a detailed manual. The research that was carried out was qualitative, which played a fundamental role, using methods such as interviews and analysis of previous projects, to collect non-numerical data. The project is divided into three results, responding to the specific objectives, in which the presentation of the company is determined along with the training it carried out, the analysis of each procedure not only in the software but also those developed in the course of the internship in the accounting and financial area and finally the development of the manual that has as an annex the design and format of the interviews that were implemented. The manual identifies best practices and crucial procedures to document, a key aspect is the standardization of processes, seeking to establish coherent guidelines for the use of the software, this translates into the creation of clear flowcharts and figures that facilitate understanding and application by users.
