Estructura de un sistema de inventarios en la empresa constru ribell s.a.s.

Abstract

De acuerdo con el decreto 2649 art. 63 Inventarios Los inventarios representan bienes corporales destinados a la venta en el curso normal de los negocios, así mismo el valor de los inventarios incluye todas las erogaciones y los cargos directos e indirectos necesarios para ponerlos en condiciones de venta se debe determinar utilizando el método PEPS (primeros en entrar, primeros en salir), UEPS (últimos en entrar, primeros en salir), el de identificación especifica o promedio ponderado; considerando lo anterior la empresa Constru Ribell S.A.S. dedicada a la comercialización de productos y/o artículos para la construcción está obligada a darle cumplimiento a este artículo. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior surgió la necesidad en la empresa Constru Ribell S.A.S., llevar a cabo un trabajo exhaustivo al área de inventarios con el fin de solucionar los inconvenientes que allí se presentaban de manera alarmante, por lo tanto este trabajo presenta el desarrollo de cuatro etapas de las cuales; una consto de realizar un diagnóstico y las tres restantes se enfocaron en estructurar un sistema de inventarios enfocado en trazar, organizar y estructurar los manuales correspondientes al área de inventarios, los cuales se estructuraron en base a los resultados hallados del diagnóstico realizado en la primera etapa.

Taking into account the above mentioned, the necessity arose in the company Constru Ribell S.A.S., to carry out an exhaustive work in the inventory area in order to solve the inconveniences that there were presented in an alarming way, therefore this work presents the development of four stages of which; a constellation of making a diagnosis and the remaining three focused on structuring an inventory system focused on mapping, organizing and structuring the manuals corresponding to the inventories area, which were structured based on the results of the diagnosis made in the first stage .
