Apoyo al departamento financiero de la empresa coontransfusa, mediante la asistencia práctica en las actividades contables

Abstract

Resumen: La siguiente pasantía esta enfocada a la depuración de las Cuentas por Pagar de los años anteriores del 2016 y en la verificación si aplican la nueva normativa de acuerdo a las NIIF, apoyando al departamento financiero de la empresa CONSTRANFUSA, mediante la asistencia práctica en las actividades contables, que se desarrolló día a día en a cooperativa de transportes. Por lo cual, en este se evidencia la labor realizada por el pasante al brindar apoyo en el departamento financiero, en las diferentes actividades efectuadas como: clasificar, manipular, revisar, analizar y elaborar información contable, con soportes físicos que emite o le emiten a la entidad; teniendo en cuenta todas las normas legales vigentes. Finalmente se presentara dos informes que emite el pasante a la Cooperativa, y se mostrará todo el proceso que se levó a cabo en la entidad, durante el tiempo establecido, llevando a cabo procesos contables y sus respectivos movimientos que se generaron durante el proceso de la pasantía. Abstract: The following internship is focused on debugging the Accounts Payable from previous years of 2016 and on verification if they apply the new regulations according to IFRS, supporting the financial department of the company CONSTRANFUSA, through practical assistance in the activities Accounting, which was developed day by day in the transport cooperative. Therefore, the work carried out by the intern is evidenced by providing support in the financial department, in the different activities carried out such as: classifying, manipulating, reviewing, analyzing and elaborating accounting information, with physical supports that emit or issue to the entity; Taking into account all the legal regulations in force. Finally, two reports will be presented that the intern passes to the Cooperative, and will show the whole process that was carried out in the entity, during the established time, carrying out accounting processes and their respective movements that were generated during the process of the internship.
