RESUMEN

La presente monografía se realizó con el fin de conocer la factibilidad y viabilidad de crear una empresa de cerveza artesanal en el municipio de Mosquera, por los objetivos planteados se da a conocer la importancia de los estudios, emprender es la forma de conseguir una libertad financiera y comenzar a aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos durante la profesión. Y por último conocer las posibilidades de ingreso al mercado y seguir creciendo como emprendedores.
