Recertificación de granjas de pollo de engorde de la empresa Los Cámbulos

Abstract

La pasantía se realizó en la empresa los Cámbulos la cual cuenta con 8 granjas de pollo de engorde distribuidas en la zona de guateque Boyacá. Estas instalaciones están certificadas pero se requiere una recertificación con normatividad encontrada en las Resolución ICA 3651 y 3652 del 2014, la cual soporta que las granjas luego de dos años deben ser recertificadas, pues a medida que ha pasado el tiempo el personal encargado del cuidado y seguimiento de la bioseguridad no siguen paso a paso las labores, actividades y recomendaciones que se deben llevar a cabo para mantener las granjas Bioseguras, lo que conlleva a ser enemigos del medio ambiente y generando múltiples sanciones, pues el mantener las aves libres de enfermedades es un gran desafío y tiempo después será más difícil controlar, es ahí la importancia de cumplir las normas que establece el ICA quien dicta que cualquier predio debe obtener la Autorización Sanitaria y de Inocuidad. Por ello Cámbulos con alta masa en producción avícola debe mantener vigentes las pautas para que sus granjas sean Bioseguras, luego de hacer seguimientos por medio de formatos evaluativos y posteriores arreglos los operarios han venido tomando un compromiso y una responsabilidad frente a la normativa sanitaria, dejando como resultado productos libres de enfermedades e infraestructuras adecuadas para seguir produciendo con calidad. Las visitas que realizó el ICA en el mes de marzo dieron como resultado por medio de diferentes evaluaciones que la granja Pollilandia, granja san Felipe se certificó como granja avícola Biosegura.

For this reason, farms with high mass in poultry production must keep the guidelines in force so that their farms are Biosafety, after monitoring through evaluation formats and subsequent arrangements, the operators have been taking a commitment and responsibility regarding health regulations, leaving as a result, disease-free products and adequate infrastructure to continue producing with quality. The visits made by the ICA in the month of March resulted, through different evaluations, in the Pollilandia farm, San Felipe farm, being certified as a Biosecurity poultry farm.
