Apoyo al area contable en el colegio tecnico comercial Santa Rita

Abstract

Este proyecto de pasantías se centró en contribuir y fortalecer la gestión financiera de la institución educativa Técnica Comercial Santa Rita, teniendo como objetivo principal la búsqueda de problemáticas existentes dentro del área de pagaduría con el fin de mejorar la precisión, eficiencia y transparencia de la información contable. Al contribuir y fortalecer con las practicas llevadas por el colegio se permite tomar decisiones más informadas en cuanto al aprovechamiento de los recursos, la planificación presupuestal y la evaluación de proyectos facilitando la toma de decisiones ante las diferentes partes interesadas. En el interior de este proyecto se verán técnicas de análisis importantes para identificar las diferentes problemáticas que existen dentro de la institución, indagando las diferentes labores que el área de pagaduría realiza en cuanto: el manejo y uso de los Software contables, las técnicas y herramientas utilizadas para el desarrollo de sus inventarios, las labores realizadas cuanto a los contratos y acuerdos comerciales. Todo esto con el fin de que el pasante encuentre las mejores soluciones para el desarrollo de la institución las cuales son suministradas en la investigación más exactamente en la parte de recomendaciones.

This internship project focused on contributing to and strengthening the financial management of the Technical Commercial Institute Santa Rita, with the main objective of identifying existing issues within the payroll area to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of accounting information. By contributing to and strengthening the practices carried out by the school, it allows for more informed decisions regarding resource utilization, budget planning, and project evaluation, facilitating decision-making among the various stakeholders. This project will include important analytical techniques to identify the different issues present within the institution, exploring the various tasks performed by the payroll department concerning the management and use of accounting software, as well as the techniques and tools used for developing their inventories, the work carried out regarding contracts and commercial agreements. All of this so that the intern can find the best solutions for the development of the institution, which are provided in the research, specifically in the recommendations section.
