Apoyo en el registro contable y gestión de cartera en la empresa Manufacturing and Global Trading S.A.S

Abstract

En este proyecto de pasantía se brindó apoyo a la empresa MANUFACTURING AND GLOBAL TRADING S.A.S, que tiene por objeto social la fabricación, comercialización, importación y exportación de bolsas ecológicas. El objetivo del trabajo fue apoyar el registro contable de compras y la gestión de cartera en la empresa con el fin de mejorar y fortalecer esos procesos, minimizando las falencias y debilidades que se evidenciaron. Lo anterior, se llevó a cabo durante el periodo comprendido entre el mes de marzo y finales del mes de mayo y de agosto a septiembre del presente año. A partir de esto, se elaboró un informe que contiene los procesos y las funciones que fueron necesarias para desarrollar las actividades asignadas y lograr el alcance de resultados satisfactorios para la empresa durante este tiempo.

In this internship project, support was provided to the company MANUFACTURING AND GLOBAL TRADING S.A.S, whose corporate purpose is the manufacturing, marketing, import and export of ecological bags. The objective of the work was to support the accounting record of purchases and portfolio management in the company in order to improve and trengthen these processes, minimizing the shortcomings and weaknesses that were evident. The above was carried out during the period between the month of March and the end of May and from August to September of this year. From this, a report was prepared that contains the processes and functions that were necessary to develop the assigned activities and achieve satisfactory results for the company during this time.
