Apoyo En El Proceso Contable En La Compañía Gyg Contadores Y Asociados Sas

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de pasantía se evidencia el apoyo de las actividades realizadas en la empresa GYG CONTADORES Y ASOCIADOS SAS, producto de la necesidad de contar con personal adicional para el cumplimiento de todas sus actividades en los tiempos establecidos, llevando a cabo los siguientes objetivos como la capacitación por parte de la empresa en cada uno de los procesos que se llevaron a cabo, además de realizar las exógenas municipales, distritales y nacionales de las diferentes empresas y finalmente realizar la digitación de los movimientos contables de las entidades en los programas correspondientes, como lo fueron SIIGO, WORLD OFFICE, SIIGO NUBE, SIIGO CONTADOR y FACTURATECH. Donde cada una de las actividades mencionadas anteriormente fueron dirigidas y apoyadas por las contadoras de la organización, de tal forma que cada uno de los objetivos se cumplieran de manera correcta y satisfactoria, además de adquirir y poner en práctica los conocimientos obtenidos en la UDEC y poder culminar con la opción de grado. Adicional a ello, el desarrollo de la pasantía le permitió a la pasante ampliar sus conocimientos, de tal forma que se pueda desenvolver en la vida profesional, para ello, debió cumplir con un requisito de 640 horas diarias, donde más adelante se evidenciaría a fondo las actividades llevadas a cabo con su debido soporte y resultados obtenidos, siendo la metodología de investigación cualitativa, basada en la observación, descripción y análisis de datos de la información utilizada en el desarrollo de cada uno de los objetivos.
