Evaluación De Técnicas Para Gestión De Los Residuos De La Producción Panelera (Cachaza) En La Vereda Nacederos Municipio De Quebradanegra-Cundinamarca

Abstract

Al evaluar las técnicas de gestión para residuos de la producción panelera (cachaza) en la vereda Nacederos municipio de Quebradanegra-Cundinamarca, fue necesario realizar una revisión documental y bibliográfica, que permitiera identificar alternativas ambientalmente sostenibles que contribuyan a la gestión eficiente del residuo cachaza generado durante la producción panelera. Considerando que, la generación de este tipo de residuos genera impactos ambientales negativos, es necesario identificar los efectos generados en cada etapa del proceso de producción mediante una lista de chequeo realizada a diez (10) productores del área objeto de estudio, posteriormente, se analiza el efecto ambiental y productivo por el procesamiento panelero y se realiza una matriz de selección que permita el estudio de alternativas de manejo del residuo. A partir de lo anterior, la técnica con mayor viabilidad en la Vereda Nacederos es la transformación de la cachaza como suplemento alimentario, considerando que, la cantidad de cachaza generada mensualmente en los trapiches es aproximadamente 1446 kg, con el cual se podría suplementar la dieta de aproximadamente 1687 cabezas de ganado/mes. Finalmente, se considera que transformar y aprovechar este residuo permitirá suplementar la dieta del sector pecuario (bovinos, equinos, porcinos), sumado a la disminución de costos de alimentación y disminución de efectos ambientales por la inadecuada disposición y desperdicio del residuo cachaza. Adicionalmente, se entrega a la Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico y Ambiental del municipio de Quebradanegra el documento base como propuesta para la incorporación de este tipo de estrategias dentro del Plan de Desarrollo 2020-2023 de la alcaldía de Quebradanegra. ABSTRACT When evaluating the management techniques for waste from the panelera production (cachaça) in the Nacederos district of the municipality of Quebradanegra Cundinamarca, it was necessary to carry out a documentary and bibliographic review, which allowed identifying environmentally sustainable alternatives that contribute to the efficient management of the cachaça waste generated during breadboard production. Considering that the generation of this type of waste generates negative environmental impacts, it is necessary to identify the effects generated at each stage of the production process by means of a checklist carried out on ten (10) producers in the area under study, subsequently analyzed the environmental and productive effect of paneling processing, and a selection matrix is carried out that allows the study of waste management alternatives. Based on the above, the technique with the greatest viability in the Vereda Nacederos is the transformation of cachaça as a food supplement, considering that the amount of cachaça generated monthly in sugar mills is approximately 1,446 kg, with which the diet could be supplemented of approximately 1687 head of cattle / month. Finally, it is considered that transforming and taking advantage of this residue will allow supplementing the diet of the livestock sector (cattle, horses, pigs), added to the decrease in feeding costs and reduction of environmental effects due to the inadequate disposal and waste of the cachaça residue. Additionally, the base document is submitted to the Secretariat of Economic and Environmental Development of the municipality of Quebradanegra as a proposal for the incorporation of this type of strategies within the Development Plan 2020-2023 of the mayor of Quebradanegra.
