Propuesta de planeación tributaría para el sector ganadero, con el objetivo de solicitar la devolución del IVA a partir de la Reforma Tributaria Ley 1607 de 2012, en el Municipio de Yacopí Cundinamarca.

Abstract

A partir de la publicación de la reforma tributaria Ley 1607 del año 2012, surge la necesidad de la interpretación precisa a las modificaciones en el impuesto sobre las ventas realizadas por el estado, la cual afectan de manera directa al sector ganadero del país en materia tributaria y contable, acá los ganaderos se ven obligados a llevar su respectiva contabilidad y de igual forma a pertenecer al régimen de responsables del impuesto sobre las ventas IVA, el cual lo estable el artículo 437 del estatuto tributario. Analizando la problemática actual, se evidencio la relevancia de implementar una planeación tributaria para el sector ganadero del área urbana del municipio de Yacopí, lo cual beneficiará a los productores, logrando un crecimiento económico que de manera colateral incrementará la generación de la inversión en dicha localidad.

Since the publication of the tax reform Law 1607 of 2012, there is a need for precise interpretation of the changes in the sales tax made by the state, which directly affect the livestock sector of the country in tax and accounting matters, here the farmers are forced to keep their respective accounts and also to belong to the system of responsible for the sales tax VAT, which is established in Article 437 of the tax statute. Analyzing the current problems, the relevance of implementing a tax planning for the livestock sector of the urban area of the municipality of Yacopí was evidenced, which will benefit the producers, achieving an economic growth that will collaterally increase the generation of investment in that locality.
