Apoyo a los procesos de ciencia, tecnología e innovación, la actualización de los CvLAC y GrupLAC de los investigadores (docentes y estudiantes) del programa de administración de empresas de la universidad de Cundinamarca seccional Girardot.

Abstract

La universidad de Cundinamarca seccional Girardot es una de las instituciones de educación superior publica la cual quiere tener mayor protagonismo en temas de investigación, desde hace varios años viene adelantando diferentes procesos investigativos y gracias a eso, se han visto diferentes resultados por parte de los docentes del programa de Administración De empresas, los cuales se ven reflejados en el grupo de investigación los ACACIOS que busca fortalecer la discusión académica entorno a los problemas y oportunidades que afectan el desarrollo y el crecimiento de la provincia. Impulsar la creación de al menos un semillero de investigación con estudiantes y docentes de los diferentes programas que ofrece la seccional de Girardot de la Universidad de Cundinamarca. Fortalecer la creación de cultura investigativa en los programas de la seccional, especialmente la relacionada con la investigación formativa y rescatar el modelo pedagógico propuesto por la universidad y su estrategia de aprendizaje centrado en el estudiante y no en el docente. Partiendo de los antes mencionado se debe tener en cuenta que como docente y estudiantes investigadores se debe estar registrados en el CVLAC de Minciencias (Curriculum Vitae latinoamericano y del caribe) ya que es una plataforma que se usa para sistematizar y ubicar a los profesionales dedicados a producción académica e investigativa en Colombia, con el fin de que sean los idóneos para una actividad relacionada con su campo de acción específico. El objetivo principal de esta pasantía fue que todos los estudiantes y docentes tuvieran actualizado su CvLAC e incentivarlos a crear nuevos productos de investigación para que el grupo los acacios suba de categoría. Abstract: The Girardot sectional University of Cundinamarca is one of the public higher education institutions which wants to have a greater role in research issues, for several years it has been carrying out different investigative processes and thanks to that, different results have been seen by teachers. of the Business Administration program, which are reflected in the ACACIOS research group that seeks to strengthen the academic discussion around the problems and opportunities that affect the development and growth of the province. Promote the creation of at least one research seedbed with students and teachers from the different programs offered by the Girardot section of the University of Cundinamarca. Strengthen the creation of a research culture in the sectional programs, especially that related to formative research and rescue the pedagogical model proposed by the university and its learning strategy centered on the student and not on the teacher. Based on the aforementioned, it must be taken into account that as a teacher and research student, one must be registered in the CVLAC of Minciencias (Latin American and Caribbean Curriculum Vitae) since it is a platform that is used to systematize and locate professionals dedicated to academic and investigative production in Colombia, so that they are suitable for an activity related to their specific field of action. The main objective of this internship was for all students and teachers to have their CvLAC updated and to encourage them to create new research products so that the acacios group could go up in category.
