Propuesta En El Manejo De Inventarios Para La Empresa Hogartex Aquí Es “Medellín”

Abstract

El trabajo de grado aquí expuesto; contiene una investigación de los diferentes conceptos de manejo de inventarios la su correcta aplicación, que pueden ser implementados en la Empresa Hogartex aquí es “Medellín”; además se toma en cuenta las herramientas tecnológicas con las que se refieren y pueden ser utilizadas para ayudar a mejorar el control, seguimiento y funcionalidad a las personas que los manipulan, dando como resultado una mejor toma de decisiones y así evitar insolvencias futuras. En el transcurso del trabajo se conocerá el problema, los antecedentes, los diferentes marcos teóricos, la manipulación de los inventarios utilizados por la empresa, se hará el concerniente análisis de acuerdo a la información conseguida, posteriormente se darán las recomendaciones a juicio personal; en concordancia con lo anterior se procederá a ofrecer la propuesta en el manejo de inventarios para la empresa y con ello contribuir al apoyo en la función, crecimiento, sostenibilidad que debe tener en el mercado textil. ABSTRACT The degree work exposed here; contains an investigation of the different concepts of inventory management and its correct application that can be implemented in the Hogartex Company here is "Medellin"; In addition, the technological tools with which they refer are taken into account and can be used to help improve the control, monitoring and functionality of the people who manipulate them, resulting in better decision-making and thus avoiding future insolvencies. In the course of the work, the problem, the background, the different theoretical frameworks, the handling of the inventories used by the company will be known, the relevant analysis will be made according to the information obtained, later the recommendations will be given to personal judgment; In accordance with the above, we will proceed to offer the proposal in the management of inventories for the company and thereby contribute to the support in the function, growth, sustainability that it must have in the textile market.
