Propuesta de plan de negocio para un establecimiento con temática cultural y patrimonial en la ciudad de Girardot

Abstract

En este trabajo se propone un plan de negocios para el crecimiento de un estable-cimiento ubicado en la ciudad de Girardot con una temática innovadora patrimo-nial y cultural, ofreciendo una bebida autóctona exclusiva donde residentes y turis-tas puedan disfrutar de un servicio de buena calidad. Con la creación de este es-pacio se presenta una puerta a las nuevas generaciones para que conozcan y se apropien del patrimonio y cultura de nuestro municipio, se extenderá la invitación a futuras instituciones para que descubran todo el recorrido de la ciudad de Girardot que tiene. tenido desde su fundación. Así mismo se reflejará todo el proceso ne-cesario para la creación y mejoramiento de un establecimiento cultural y patrimo-nial con un producto estrella a base de una bebida autóctona de la ciudad de Gi-rardot, esto mostrará todo el proceso de estructuración con el fin de tener una pauta de la desarrollo del establecimiento para que sea exitoso.
