Implementación de un sig para caracterizar obras de drenaje que hacen parte de la infraestructura vial terciaria del sector oriental del municipio de silvania

Abstract

Resumen: La utilización de nuevas herramientas en cuanto al procesamiento de información geográfica se ha convertido en unas de las formas más eficientes para generar conocimientos, el municipio de Silvania cuenta con una limitada cartografía, por lo tanto, se ha presentado la necesidad de implementar este tipo de sistema para verificar por parte de la población las condiciones en las que se encuentran las obras de drenaje ya que el estado de las vías en gran parte depende de las funciones que cumplen estas estructuras. Para tal fin, se optó por diseñar e implementar un Sistema de Información Geográfica-SIG, el cual realiza el procesamiento de la información adquirida por estudiantes de Cartografía en el municipio de Silvania y posteriormente genera las salidas gráficas del estado actual de un tramo en el sector oriental el cual es muy transitado por cuestiones educativas y comerciales, para dicho proceso será implementada una aplicación web de libre acceso con la extensión ArcGis Online del software ArcGis y su herramienta Web App Builder sin desarrollo. Cabe destacar que este sistema funciona como prestador de servicios en la página web de la alcaldía municipal para así aportar a la progresión de esta entidad. Abstract: The use of new tools in the processing of geographic information has become one of the most efficient ways to generate knowledge, the municipality of Silvania has a limited cartography, therefore, has been presented the need to implement this type of System to verify by the population the conditions in which the drainage works are located since the state of the roads largely depends on the functions that these structures fulfill. For this purpose, it was decided to design and implement a Geographic Information System-GIS, which performs the processing of the information acquired by Cartography students in the municipality of Silvania and then generates the graphic outputs of the current state of a section in the Eastern sector which is very busy for educational and commercial issues, for this process will be implemented a freely accessible web application with the ArcGis Online extension of the ArcGis software and its Web App Builder tool without development. It should be noted that this system works as a service provider on the website of the municipal mayors to contribute to the progression of this entity.
