Caracterización de las fuentes hídricas y propuesta para la valoración de costos bajo el modelo ABC en el acueducto del municipio de Cucunubá

Abstract

RESUMEN: El municipio de Cucunubá cuenta con dos acueductos que son de gran importancia para la distribución de agua potable, inicialmente el acueducto “La Chorrera” que es el que abastece al casco urbano, el segundo el acueducto “El Borrachero” que abastece la zona rural del mismo, aunque en épocas de verano el acueducto de la zona urbana no alcanza la capacidad de abastecer al 100% a sus suscriptores por lo que tiene una interconexión con el rural para garantizar esté servicio. La caracterización de fuentes hídricas en el área de estudio, se determina que esta ha sido vulnerada por actividades antropogénicas, la más destacable la minería por lo que trae a su paso deforestación y transformación del medio biofísico, alterando el curso natural de las afluentes, también la capacidad de retención hídrica en la zona, perdiéndose el hogar de diversas especies de fauna y flora, este suceso es debido al mal manejo que se le está dando a los recursos naturales, por lo que es correspondiente trabajar en planes y programas que fomenten el buen uso y cuidado del agua que asegure la predominación de este preciado líquido en el tiempo por lo que se diseñó una propuesta de costos ABC con características propias de la entidad que se puede aprovechar como herramienta de apoyo de gestión administrativa para reducción de costos, con el fin de tener en cuenta la resolución 1417 de 1997 donde se adopta el sistema unificado de costos y gastos para las entidades prestadoras de servicios públicos.
