Diseño de una plataforma contable en excel de facil manejo para los microempresarios del municipio tibacuy (cundinamarca).

Abstract

La siguiente investigación está enfocada en los microempresarios del municipio de Tibacuy, este es un poblado el cual se encuentra ubicado en el Departamento de Cundinamarca (Colombia), en la Provincia del Sumapaz, a 87 km de Bogotá, en donde se ha identificado una dificultad en cuanto al manejo de la contabilidad el desconocimiento de sus verdaderos ingresos, costos, gastos y utilidades, esto debido a que no manejan adecuadamente la contabilidad de sus negocios. Esto provoca que los comerciantes no planeen aumentar sus negocios o hacer crecer su empresa, y esto causa pérdidas a futuro, desaprovechando la oportunidad de ser grandes potencias a nivel municipal y sus alrededores. Se pretende dar solución a las falencias que se presentan hasta el momento en los negocios comerciales de este municipio implementando esta plataforma en Excel en la cual se observó un gran interés por parte de los microempresarios puesto que además de ser de fácil manejo el mismo sistema les arrojara resultados como utilidad, costos y gastos, optimizando el trabajo. ABSTRACT: The following research is focused on the microentrepreneurs of the municipality of Tibacuy, this is a town which is located in the Department of Cundinamarca (Colombia), in the Province of Sumapaz, 87 km from Bogotá, where a difficulty has been identified. In accounting management ignorance of their true income, costs, expenses and profits, this because they do not properly manage the accounting of their business. This causes that the retailers do not plan to increase their businesses or to make grow his company, and this causes losses to future, squandering the opportunity to be great powers at municipal level and its environs. It is intended to solve the shortcomings that are presented so far in the commercial business of this municipality by implementing this platform in Excel in which there was great interest on the part of the microentrepreneurs since in addition to being easy to use the same system it will yield results like utility, costs and expenses, optimizing the work.
