El embarazo

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación abordó el tema de los efectos vocales a causa del embarazo, debido a que existe poca información, como material de apoyo para las mujeres cantantes que atraviesan por este proceso de gestación. El objetivo principal de la investigación fue recopilar información y experiencias que ayuden a orientar a las mujeres madres cantantes sobre ejercicios y técnicas que aporten en la recuperación vocal durante y después del embarazo. Se planteo una metodología con enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo entre lo exploratorio y no exploratorio. El desarrollo de la perspectiva teórica se basará en la revisión y compilación de documentos académicos, estudios realizados y experiencias por medio de encuestas semiabiertas, permitiendo la comparación y análisis de las investigaciones y encuestas, buscando comprender y explicar las situaciones que se presentan respecto al tema y maneras de afrontarlas. De acuerdo con el análisis realizado se concluye que, existen diversos factores que alteran la voz durante el embarazo y posparto, por lo que es de gran importancia orientar y conocer los problemas y variables que se presentan en este entorno, sumando en los temas de prevención y recuperación para la disminución de efectos negativos en la voz. ABSTRACT This paper contains the investigation about how the women's voices are affected by pregnancy. The main reason for this research has been a lack of data about this topic. There aren't enough documents that can help to women in the gestation period. The main purpose in this investigation was to gather information and experiences that can guide to the singing mothers about exercises and techniques that apport to their vocal recovery during pregnancy and the post-partum. In this research was used a methodology focused on the quantitative and qualitative between the exploratory and non-exploratory. The development of theoretical perspective is based in the review and compilation of academic documents, research carried out and experiences conducted through open and semi-open surveys. This allows the comparison and analyses between research papers and surveys; in order to understand and explain the situation about this topic and how to solve it. According to the analysis carried out it can be concluded that exist several aspects which alter the voice during and after pregnancy, that’s why is essential guide and know the issues and variables come about in this environment and contributing to prevention and recovery issues to reduce the negative effects on the voice.
