Desarrollo de un sistema de control y administración para el aforo en la Alcaldía de Fusagasugá.

Abstract

En la actualidad, el uso de la tecnología ha facilitado la adopción al cambio, esto puede ser evidenciado en el tratamiento de la problemática propiciada por el virus COVID-19, en el cual se observaron muchas limitantes en cuanto a distanciamiento, aglomeración, aforo, entre otros. Por esto, en este trabajo se realiza inicialmente un análisis con base en la pregunta problema a través de la cual se evidencia que es pertinente realizar el desarrollo e implementación de un sistema de control y administración para el aforo en la Alcaldía de Fusagasugá. Así mismo, con el fin de realizar la validación del software se hace uso de ciertas subcaracterísticas de la norma de calidad ISO 25010, adicionalmente, para reafirmar la medición en cuanto a que la percepción de funcionalidad y visualización sea adecuada se crea un instrumento que permita hacer hincapié en la opinión de los expertos encuestados, no obstante, para gestionar el proyecto de forma ágil se hace uso del marco de trabajo scrum llevando a cabo siete Sprint. At the present time the use of technology has facilitated the adoption of change, this can be evidenced in the treatment of the problem caused by the COVID-19 virus, in which many limitations were observed with respect to distancing, agglomeration, capacity, among others. So, in this paper initially, an analysis is made based on the problem question through which it is evidenced that it is pertinent to develop and implement a system to control and manage the capacity of the offices of the Mayor's Office of Fusagasugá. Likewise in order to complete the validation of the software, some sub-characteristics of the ISO 25010 quality standard are used, in addition, to reaffirm the extent to which the perception of the functionality and visualization is adequate, an instrument is created to highlight the opinion of the experts surveyed, however, to manage the project in an agile way the scrum framework is used by carrying out seven sprints.
