Sistema de Gestión para el control de casos clínicos de la Fundación Santo Cristo de Ubaté

Abstract

La historia clínica nació gracias a Hipócrates en los años 460 antes de Cristo, teniendo como fin el reflejo del estado de salud del paciente y sus familiares. Desde entonces la importancia de reflejar este acto ha ido evolucionando en distintos soportes. (Entralgo,1998,pág.34). El Sistema de Gestión tiene como objetivo la sistematización de los casos clínicos manejados en la Fundación Santo Cristo de Ubaté. Éste tipo de historias clínicas contienen mucha documentación que desde el punto de vista del trabajo asistencial no es precisa para la toma de decisiones clínicas. Entre los documentos que componen los casos clínicos estarán los que reflejan la voluntad del paciente y los que plasman las consideraciones, observaciones y juicios de valor de los especialistas. El desarrollo del Sistema de Gestión web se hará bajo una plataforma con el objetivo de manejar la información en tiempo real, se utilizará la metodología Scrum, ya que es ágil y flexible para gestionar el desarrollo de software, cuyo principal objetivo es el de maximizar el retorno de la investigación par la organización. The objective of the Management System is to systematize the clinical cases handled at the Santo Cristo de Ubaté Foundation. This type of clinical records contain a lot of documentation which, from the point of view of care work, is not necessary for clinical decision making. Among the documents that make up the clinical cases are those that reflect the will of the patient and those that reflect the considerations, observations and value judgments of the specialists. The development of the Web Management System will be done under a platform with the objective of managing the information in real time, the Scrum methodology will be used, since it is agile and flexible to manage the software development, whose main objective is to maximize the return of the research for the organization.
