Sistema De Información Misional Para La Escuela De Comunicaciones Militares De Facatativá Módulo De Proyección Presupuestal Para Contratación Docente

Abstract

Desarrollo del módulo de proyección presupuestal para contratación docente de la Escuela De Comunicaciones (ESCOM) de Facatativá, esto remplazará y sistematizará el actual proceso manual que se realiza en Excel y tendrá como función general generar el presupuesto anual necesario relacionando a los programas curriculares impartidos y a partir de estos determinar el costo de nómina mensual y anual de los docentes. Añadido a esto la sistematización del proceso del presupuesto académico, generará disminución del tiempo de entrega del presupuesto, mayor fiabilidad de la información puesto que el sistema permitirá configuración y parametrización por parte del usuario con el propósito de modularizar el funcionamiento del software. Como valor agregado el sistema llevara un acumulado de datos de los presupuestos generados a lo largo del tiempo con la finalidad de generar reportes gráficos e informativos aprovechables para la toma de decisiones financieras. Se hará un análisis exhaustivo del actual proceso realizado para la generación del presupuesto, con base en este se definirá la modularizacion y el seccionamiento del aplicativo, para garantizar la escalabilidad del software a lo largo del tiempo. Los resultados esperados de este proyecto son, optimizar a partir de la sistematización, el proceso de generación del presupuesto académico, garantizando la fiabilidad, facilidad de operación, y generar información de alto valor para la toma de decisiones

ABSTRACT

Development of the budget projection module for teacher hiring of the School of Communications (ESCOM) of Facatativá, this will replace and systematize the current manual process that is carried out in Excel and will have the general function of generating the necessary annual budget relating to the curricular programs already taught. From these determine the cost of monthly and annual payroll of teachers. Added to this, the systematization of the academic budget process, will generate a decrease in the delivery time of the budget, greater reliability of the information since the system will allow configuration and parameterization by the user in order to modularize the operation of the software. As an added value, the system will keep an accumulated data of the budgets generated over time in order to generate graphical and informative reports that can be used for making financial decisions. An exhaustive analysis will be made of the current process carried out for the generation of the budget, based on this, the modularization and sectioning of the application will be defined, to guarantee the scalability of the software over time. The expected results of this project are to optimize the academic budget generation process based on systematization, guaranteeing reliability, ease of operation, and generating high-value information for decision-making.
