dc.description.abstractEl abordaje de los programas de prevención de lesiones deportivas en el marco de los programas de ejercicio físico, se contempla como una vía para estructurar y promover la actividad física en los que tienen riesgos de presentar lesiones de donde puede derivarse el abandono de la práctica de la actividad física. Así mismo, los programas de ejercicio físico guiados los principios y métodos de la planificación del entrenamiento permiten mejorar la condición física y disminuir la aparición de lesiones deportivas por situaciones inesperadas. Objetivo: Identificar los aportes de la planificación del entrenamiento deportivo en la formulación y/o aplicación de los programas de prevención de lesiones Método: Revisión sistemática de estudios de programas de prevención de lesiones y publicados en artículos científicos de busqueda en ELSEVIER®, MEDLINE®, PUBMED®, SCOPUS®, SPRINGER®, SCIELO®, Y REDALYC®, mediante el uso de los términos descriptores y operadores boleanos básicos. Resultados: Se recuperaron 532 artículos de los cuales se seleccionaron 25 artículos para la revisión y que presentan como tema central los programas de prevención de lesiones deportivas y su relación con la disminución de lesiones o reducción de factores de riesgo tales como la mala condición física.. Conclusiones: Los estudios analizados muestran que un programa de prevención de lesiones puede orientarse desde su planteamiento hasta su ejecución y evaluación, por la metodología del entrenamiento deportivo lo que aporta objetividad en la creación de futuras estrategias o replicación de las existentes. Abstract: The approach of sports injury prevention programs within the framework of physical exercise programs, is considered as a way to structure and promote physical activity in specific groups of sports practice that have risks of presenting injuries from where they can deriving the abandonment of the practice of physical activity with the negative effects and behaviors of physical inactivity at the individual, social and cultural level. Likewise, exercise programs constructed and developed under the principles of training planning methods allow to improve the physical condition, and therefore the ability to carry out daily tasks with vigor, without undue fatigue and with enough energy to enjoy of leisure activities and reduce the appearance of sports injuries due to unexpected situations. Objective: To identify the contributions of the planning of the sports training in the formulation and / or application of the programs of prevention of sport injuries by means of revision bibliography Method: Systematic review of studies of programs of prevention of injuries and published in scientific articles. The articles of the present review were identified through the automated search in the universal query databases. A search strategy was used in ELSEVIER®, MEDLINE®, PUBMED®, SCOPUS®, SPRINGER®, SCIELO®, and REDALYC®, using the terms descriptors and basic Boolean operators. Results: A total of 532 articles were retrieved, of which 25 articles were selected through the inclusion criteria for the review and which present as a central theme the programs for the prevention of sports injuries and their relation with the reduction of injuries or reduction of factors of risk such as poor physical condition. Conclusions: The studies analyzed show that a program of injury prevention can be oriented from its approach to its execution and evaluation, by the methodology of sports training which provides objectivity in the creation of future strategies or replication of existing ones.
