| dc.description.abstract | La alcaldía municipal de Fusagasugá es el encargado de crear proyectos que permite
mejorar el bienestar de la comunidad, estableciendo actividades que fortalecen e impulsa
la calidad en la prestación de servicios, por lo tanto desarrollar proyectos que contemplan
la resolución de problema, análisis, medición de resultados y planeación de procesos; la
Oficina de Turismo hace parte de las actividades que impulsa la imagen y marca que
representa Fusagasugá en el Turismo, creando estrategias para garantizar un mejor
control y regular las diferentes organizaciones y servicios que existen en Fusagasugá, a la
vez es el encargado del embelleciendo de los lugares más representativos del municipio;
las actividades de la Oficina de Turismo de mayor frecuencia son la identificación de la
oferta turística en los servicios prestados y materia de legalidad, con el fin de garantizar el
bienestar de los turistas y llevar a cabo las diferentes festividades donde llegan cientos de
turistas de diferentes partes del país.
El informe final realizado, corresponde a la pasantía ‘APOYO ADMINISTRATIVO Y
LOGÍSTICO EN LA OFICINA DE TURISMO DE LA ALCALDÍA DE FUSAGASUGÁ’ en el
recopila las actividades y procesos realizados durante la pasantía, en pro al cumplimiento
de los objetivos desde un inicio y al terminar la pasantía, presentados y aprobados por el
Comité de Opciones de Grado, Programa de Administración de Empresas.
El siguiente documento pertenece a la recopilación de siete informes y los resultados
obtenidos en el transcurso de la pasantía, desarrollado los diferentes retos propuestos en
la Oficina de Turismo de la Alcaldía de Fusagasugá y la aplicación del conocimiento
adquirido en el programa académico.
ABSTRACT: The municipal government of Fusagasugá is responsible for creating projects
that improve the well-being of the community, establishing activities that strengthen and
promote quality in the provision of services, which allow the development of projects, the
measurement of the problem, the analysis, the measurement of results and planning of
processes; the Tourism Office does the activities that promote the image and brand that
Fusagasugá represents in Tourism, creating strategies to guarantee better control and
regulate the different organizations and services that exist in Fusagasugá, at the same
