| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN: Lo que se busca con este proyecto, es saber cuáles son los diferentes procesos que deben de cumplir las empresas del sector hotelero que contratan servicios a terceros (empresas proveedoras), se realizó una segmentación aleatoria de los hoteles más representativos del centro de la Ciudad, esto con el objetivo de identificar y conocer cuál es es estado actual del cumplimiento de estos procesos, y así mismo incentivar al sector hotelero a conocer las diferentes empresas proveedoras locales de la Ciudad de Girardot, que puedan brindar estos diferentes servicios, y que cumplan con toda la normatividad correspondiente. De forma se podrá generar un mejor desarrollo en la economía local. Para obtener esta información se realizaron encuestas en los hoteles de la Ciudad de Girardot, con los cuales se pudo determinar cuál es estado actual de los procesos de contratación de proveedores.
