El presente trabajo de investigación, da a conocer la estrategia que se llevó acabo para fomentar la cultura investigativa en una comunidad de contexto rural como lo es la Institución Educativa Luis Antonio Duque Peña, ubicada en la vereda Berlín, en Girardot Cundinamarca, entrelazando tres fases que permite a portar a la mejoría de la calidad educativa de los niños al obtener una nueva posibilidad y recursos educativos; entre las fases tenemos el programa Ondas, el proceso de inmersiones lingüísticas realizadas por la comunidad de la Universidad de Cundinamarca, junto con el semillero Road to be pro, y el Plan de escuelas rurales articuladas PERA en articulación con el voluntariado Internacional de la oficina de Internacionalización en la reconstrucción de” la casa de las botellas”. Todas estas estrategias se aplicaron individualmente, pero cada una de ellas llega a una sola finalidad, otorgarles a los niños del sector de la vereda Berlín un posible espacio de aprendizaje donde la cultura, la experiencia, los conocimientos y valores sean el material para interactuar, analizar las problemáticas de su contexto y dar soluciones. Por ello, el propósito de este trabajo es fomentar la cultura investigativa con base en un modelo de aprendizaje experiencial y así mismo, fortalecer algunos ejes transversales como son: cultura, emprendimiento social, bilingüismo, inclusión, democracia, ciencia, tecnología e innovación, en una comunidad con pocas oportunidades de educación investigativa, como son los estudiantes de básica primaria de la escuela Berlín a través de un posible campo de aprendizaje cultural denominado The Real Peace Agreement, herramienta importante para llevar el proceso de esta investigación y las tres fases que se deben seguir, proyecto Ondas, inmersiones lingüísticas y PERA. ABSTRACT: The present research work, discloses the strategy that was carried out to promote the research culture in a community of rural context such as the Luis Antonio Duque Peña Educational Institution, located in the village of Berlin, in Girardot Cundinamarca, intertwining three phases that allows to carry the improvement of the educational quality of the children when obtaining a new possibility and educational resources; between the phases we have the Ondas program, the linguistic immersion process carried out by the community of the University of Cundinamarca, together with the seedbed Road to be pro, and the Plan of rural schools articulated PERA in articulation with the international volunteering of the office of Internationalization in the reconstruction of "the house of bottles". All these strategies were applied individually, but each of them reaches a single purpose, granting children in the sector of the Berlin district a possible learning space where culture, experience, knowledge and values are the material to interact, analyze the problems of its context and provide solutions. Therefore, the purpose of this work is to promote the research culture based on a model of experiential learning and, likewise, strengthen some transversal axes such as: culture, social entrepreneurship, bilingualism, inclusion, democracy, science, technology and innovation, in a community with few opportunities for research education, such as primary school students from the Berlin school through a possible cultural learning field called The Real Peace Agreement, an important tool to carry out the process of this research and the three phases that are must follow, project Ondas, linguistic immersions and PERA
