El contenido de este informe tiene como objetivo principal presentar el desarrollo de la pasantía titulada “soporte en el área contable de la empresa colibrí flowers s.a” por Sebastian Vicentes Quintero estudiante del programa de Contaduría pública de la Universidad de Cundinamarca entre los meses de marzo y septiembre de 2023. El principal problema que deriva de la entidad se genera por la gran cantidad de procesos y el poco personal que cuenta genera que se encuentren errores en las actividades desarrolladas. El propósito de la pasantía fue ayudar en los aspectos contables, como las conciliaciones bancarias, recibos de caja, registros contables y generación de créditos, generando por el Fondo de empelados de Colibrí Flowers s.a. en las que se generaron capacitaciones adecuadas por la empresa para poder entender de mejor manera el debido desarrollo de los procesos y así generar un mejor trabajo por parte del pasante. The main objective of the content of this report is to present the development of the internship titled “support in the accounting area of the company Colibrí Flowers S.A” by Sebastian Vicentes Quintero, student of the Public Accounting program at the University of Cundinamarca between the months of March and September 2023. The main problem that arises from the entity is generated by the large number of processes and the few personnel it has, resulting in errors being found in the activities carried out. The purpose of the internship was to help with accounting aspects, such as bank reconciliations, cash receipts, accounting records and credit generation, generating by the Colibrí Flowers s.a. Employee Fund. in which adequate training was generated by the company to better understand the proper development of the processes and thus generate better work by the intern.
