Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un hotel de mascotas especializado en la Ciudad de Girardot

El presente proyecto es un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un hotel canino en el Municipio de Girardot, en donde se escogió un nicho de mercado comprendido de estratos 3, 4, 5 y 6 que cuente con un canino en el hogar, entre los servicios que se prestarán en dicho hotel está principalmente el hospedaje de caninos, el cual irá por secciones según unos parámetros escogidos para su comodidad y salud; otro será el servicio de belleza el cual estará dividido entre spa y peluquería en los cuales se ofrecerá corte de pelo, zona de peinado, limpieza de oidos, corte de uñas, baño y una zona de relajación com música y camas suaves; se ofrecerá servicio de adiestramiento prestado por terceros en el cual se brindará la opción de realizar entrenamiento individual, sin propietario, o con el propietario; tendremos una zona de juegos la cual está compuesta por: zonas verdes, un campo de obstáculos y una piscina para recreación e integración de los huéspedes El hotel contará con un personal calificado para cada área y cada servicio que se prestará, cada uno de ellos tendrá la capacidad de distinguir el momento en el que se presente una urgencia y su plan de manejo. Se contará con un circuito cerrado de cámaras al cual se le permitirá acceso a los propietarios que deciden adquirir este servicio, todas las áreas contarán con servicios de cámaras para su vigilancia ABSTRACT: This project is a feasibility study for the creation of a canine hotel in the municipality of Girardot, where a niche market comprised os strata 3, 4, 5 and 6 was chosen, which has a canine in its home, between the services that will be provided in this hotel are mainly the lodging of canines, which will go by sections according to some parameters chosen for you comfort and health; another will be the beauty service which will be divided between Spa and Hairdressing in which haircut, hairstyle, ear cleaning, bath and a relaxation area with music and soft beds will be offered; training service provided by third parties will be offered in which the option on individual training, without owner, or with owner will be provided; We will have a playground which is composed of: Green areas, an obstacle course and a swimming pool for recreation and integration of guests. The hotel will have a qualified staff for each are and each service that will be provided, each of them will have the ability to distinguish the moment in which an emergency is presented and its management plan. There will be a closed circuit of cameras that will be allowed access to owners who decide to purchase this service, all areas will have camera service for surveillance.
