Como finalidad del apoyo de pasante se participó en la Secretaria de Desarrollo Económico del municipio de Facatativá Cundinamarca, en el área de emprendimiento, realizaron varias actividades como; participar en el programa de emprendimiento, con el fin de apoyar el proceso de inscripción de los candidatos emprendedores. Se asistió a todas las reuniones con la finalidad de cumplir las correcciones pertinentes a los proyectos de los participantes, se hizo una investigación con dos compañeros pasantes de la universidad para analizar y comparar el comportamiento de las empresas a nivel del municipio y sus alrededores en los últimos cuatro años. También se consultó la información de indicadores económicos de Cundinamarca, de género y de mercado laboral que se descargó de la página (Terridata, 2021), información que se presentó en un archivo de Excel. Por último, se dio apoyo en el archivo de la secretaria organizando las carpetas, foliando y organizando los documentos, Como conclusión principal se reconoce que las habilidades aprendidas en el transcurso de la carrera son valiosas para el desarrollo de las personas en proceso de ser administrador, también para poder desarrollar lo aprendido en la pasantía; dar a las personas del equipo de trabajo confiabilidad en el desarrollo de cada proceso que se realice para llegar al objetivo final.
