Además, no hay una cultura emprendedora fortalecida para realizar o implementar proyectos productivos competitivos. De la situación descrita se desprende la necesidad de examinar y conocer qué proyectos productivos hay en la vereda La Esmeralda del municipio de Agua de Dios y quizás tengan la oportunidad de fortalecerse abriendo nuevas oportunidades socio – económicas para sus habitantes. ABSTRACT: In Agua de Dios, job opportunities are scarce, which is why people, especially young people, look for ways to emigrate to cities and places that they believe will allow them to live better. In addition, there is no strong entrepreneurial culture to carry out or implement competitive productive projects. From the situation described, it follows the need to examine and know what productive projects there are in the La Esmeralda village of the Agua de Dios municipality and perhaps they will have the opportunity to strengthen themselves by opening new socio-economic opportunities for their inhabitants.
