Por otro lado, con el transcurso de los años la ciudad se ha venido desarrollando en este segmento gastronómico, gracias a la llegada de centros comerciales importantes que han traído con ellos restaurantes reconocidos del país, ofreciendo a la ciudad más variedad gastronómica y buen servicio así convirtiéndose como un atractivo gastronómico a los turistas que llegan a visitar la ciudad. Abstract: This work was designed to characterize the tourist that frequently and uses the recognized restaurants of the city of Girardot in order to know of identifying the characteristic features and the behavior that the tourist has in the city of Girardot, at the time of using these establishments. On the other side, with the year over the city has come developing in this gastronomic segment, thanks to the arrival of important shopping centers that have brought with the recognized restaurants of the country, offering to the city more gastronomic variety and good service and thisbecoming a gastronomic attraction to tourists who arrive to visit the city.
