Item Rediseño Organizacional De Las Compañías Colombiana De Lentes Y Optilab Colombia S.A.S(2021-09-08) GONZÁLEZ TORRES, GEIMAR ALBERTO; VILLAMIL GALEANO, SEBASTIANEl objetivo de este proyecto es realizar un rediseño organizacional de las compañías Colombiana de Lentes y Optilab Colombia S.A.S en el Municipio de Fusagasugá, para el presente trabajo se realizó un diagnostico organizacional, el cual permitió identificar las falencias que se presentaban internamente dentro de la organización, basados en esto se implementó una plataforma estratégica, manuales de funciones y procedimientos y el rediseño de la filosofía institucional. The objective of this project is to carry out an organizational redesign of the companies Colombiana de Lentes and Optilab Colombia SAS in the Municipality of Fusagasugá, for this work an organizational diagnosis was carried out, which allowed to identify the shortcomings that were presented internally within the organization Based on this, a strategic platform, manuals of functions and procedures and the redesign of the institutional philosophy were implemented
