La investigación se fundamenta en la necesidad de impulsar la transformación digital empresarial, considerando que el 96% de las compañías globales están en proceso de digitalización según la encuesta IT Transformation Maturity Curve (2018). This project addresses the problem of limited digital participation of SMEs in the Soacha region, where the marketing of products and services is mainly carried out locally due to the difficulties of access to modern connectivity infrastructure and the technological backwardness characteristic of rural areas. The research is based on the need to promote business digital transformation, considering that 96% of global companies are in the process of digitalization according to the IT Transformation Maturity Curve survey (2018).
