Pasantía universitaria en el proceso de evaluación de los programas de uso eficiente y ahorro del agua - PUEAA, radicados por usuarios en la jurisdicción CAR.

Durante mi pasantía en la Corporación Autónoma Regional CAR de Cundinamarca, efectuadas en la Dirección de Recursos Naturales DRN, perteneciendo al grupo PUEAA, me permitió ampliar mis conocimientos, demostrar mis capacidades, donde el enfoque principal fue la evaluación de los PUEAA implementados por los usuarios de la jurisdicción, el cual acogía 104 municipios, distribuidos en 98 de Cundinamarca y 6 de Boyacá, teniendo como objetivo la revisión de documentos existentes y entrevistas (capacitaciones, visitas técnicas) a las partes interesadas, beneficiando a las comunidades que se acogían a la implementación de los programas, teniendo como resultado la recolección de datos de consumo de agua, analizando el antes y después de la implementación de dichos programas, logrando evaluar el impacto que genera un PUEAA a través de la percepción de los usuarios. Con ello, se demuestra que la implementación de un PUEAA en Colombia permite el adecuado aprovechamiento del recurso hídrico, teniendo en cuenta la normativa establecida; aportando al cumplimiento de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) centralizándose en el 6to objetivo, y los demás que se cumplen en relación a este. ABSTRACT: During my internship at the Regional Autonomous Corporation CAR of Cundinamarca, carried out in the Natural Resources Directorate DRN, belonging to the PUEAA group, it allowed me to expand my knowledge, demonstrate my capabilities, where the main focus was the evaluation of the PUEAAs implemented by the users of the jurisdiction, which welcomed 104 municipalities, distributed in 98 of Cundinamarca and 6 of Boyacá, having as objective the review of existing documents and interviews (trainings, technical visits) to the interested parties, benefiting the communities that welcomed the implementation of the programs, resulting in the collection of water consumption data, analyzing the before and after the implementation of said programs, managing to evaluate the impact generated by a PUEAA through the perception of the users. With this, it is demonstrated that the implementation of a PUEAA in Colombia allows the adequate use of the water resource, taking into account the established regulations; contributing to the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) focusing on the 6th objective, and the others that are fulfilled in relation to it.
