Formulación Del Plan De Manejo Integral De Residuos Peligrosos En El Laboratorio De Sanidad Vegetal- Finca El Jardín-Ci Sunshine Bouquet Colombia SAS

El presente trabajo permite establecer los parámetros necesarios para la formulación de un Plan de Manejo de Residuos Peligrosos del Laboratorio de Sanidad Vegetal en la Finca el Jardín de la empresa CI Sunshine Bouquet Colombia SAS, debido que actualmente no cuenta con una gestión específica para los residuos peligrosos generados en el área de estudio. La formulación incluye, un diagnóstico de la producción de residuos y una evaluación del manejo de los residuos peligrosos, con el fin de establecer los criterios necesarios para su articulación con el Plan de Gestión de Residuos Peligrosos, las políticas internas de la compañía de la compañía y la normativa legal vigente. Cabe aclarar que el residuo de mayor producción en el periodo de estudio (enero mayo) fue el agar con un 36,40%, para el cual se realizó una validación de técnicas de desactivación por medio de un análisis microbiológico, donde se identificó falencia en el proceso, por el crecimiento de bacterias Gram (+), Gram (-) y hongos fitopatógenos. A partir de lo anterior, se formularon planes y actividades que permitieran dar un mejor manejo a los residuos del Laboratorio y pudieran cumplir con el proceso jerárquico de gestión integral que minimizara los riesgos en la salud humana y el medio ambiente. ABSTRACT The present work allows to establish the necessary parameters for the formulation of a Hazardous Waste Management Plan of the Plant Health Laboratory in Finca el Jardín of the company CI Sunshine Bouquet Colombia SAS, since it does not currently have specific management for waste dangerous generated in the study area. The formulation includes, a diagnosis of waste production and an evaluation of the management of hazardous waste, in order to establish the necessary criteria for its articulation with the company's Hazardous Waste Management Plan, the company's internal policies and current legal regulations. It should be noted that the residue with the highest production in the study period (January-May) was agar with 36.40%, for which a validation of deactivation techniques was carried out by means of a microbiological analysis, where failure was identified in the process with the growth of Gram (+), Gram (-) bacteria and phytopathogenic fungi. Based on the foregoing, plans and activities were formulated to better manage the Laboratory's waste and to comply with the hierarchical process of comprehensive management that minimized risks to human health and the environment.
