Existen muchos componentes que conforman el negocio del turismo y entre ellos se encuentran los alimentos y las bebidas, factores indispensables en el entretenimiento de las personas y siendo una de las principales fuentes de ingresos de los establecimientos como los hoteles, parques, restaurantes, bares y discotecas. En la provincia de alto Magdalena y en especial en la ciudad de GIRARDOT son visitas concurrentemente en las temporadas altas y medias por un gran número de población nacional, que busca descanso y diversión. Los bares móviles e una idea que ha tenido cierto grado de aceptación como un servicio diferente y único que de acuerdo a su localización brinda la facilidad al cliente de una compra oportuna sin necesidad de acarrear gastos de desplazamientos a determinado lugar y mucho menos el pago de un cover. Al finalizar el esquema del estudio del presente proyecto denominado ´´ESTUDIO DE FACTIBILIDAD CREACIÓN Y DISEÑO PARA UN PROYECTO DE EMPRENDIMIENTO PARA UN BAR MÓVIL ( THE TOURIST BAR)´´ se puede concluir que por la simplicidad de su estructura organizacional y lo reducido de su inversión, que tiene nivel de riesgo bajo, presenta una gran conveniencia para la viabilidad de su funcionamiento, y si sus estrategias son bien ejecutadas tomando como referencia todos los factores de su entorno podrá llegar a tener un importante reconocimiento del mercado.
