Resumen: Este proyecto de grado realizo la zonificación geotécnica; es decir zonificación (división de la superficie de la tierra en áreas más pequeñas) geotécnica (estudio de los materiales de la corteza terrestre) actualizada para el municipio de Fusagasugá, Cundinamarca; con el fin de identificar las zonas con las condiciones más favorables y las condiciones menos convenientes para soportar obras de infraestructura tales como, vías, edificaciones, tuberías entre otro tipo de obras civiles, y además identificar las construcciones existentes en que zonas se encuentran localizadas. Todo esto fue posible haciendo un estudio y análisis detallado de la estructura geomorfológica que presenta la ciudad de Fusagasugá, para categorizar la capacidad portante del suelo teniendo en cuenta la geología, geomorfología, fracturas, pendientes, curvas de nivel, hidrología. ABSTRACT :This degree project carried out the geotechnical zoning; That is to say zoning (division of the surface of the earth in smaller areas) geotechnical (study of the materials of the terrestrial crust) updated for the municipality of Fusagasugá, Cundinamarca; In order to identify the areas with the most favorable conditions and the less convenient conditions to support infrastructure works such as roads, buildings, pipelines among other types of civil works, and also to identify the existing constructions in which areas are located. All this was possible by doing a detailed study and analysis of the geomorphological structure that presents the city of Fusagasugá, to categorize the bearing capacity of the soil taking into account the geology, geomorphology, fractures, slopes, contours, hydrology.
