    Plan de gestión del talento humano en la empresa ins ingeniería eléctrica s.a.s., ciudad de bogotá año 2018 - 2020

    RESUMEN: This thesis, it is proposed to carry out a study in the company INS Ingeniería Eléctrica S.A.S. of the City of Bogotá DC, where the benefits for the company of the development of a proposal for the creation of the Department of Human Talent Management that benefit the staff that is an integral part of the organization, thereby improving performance, are recognized. , job stability and increasing the productivity of it, so that until today there is no known study where the technical distances of the development of human talent are valued, such as: planning, recruitment, selection. Hiring, induction, training, safety and health at work and welfare. To carry out this study, a general diagnosis of the human talent management processes within the organization will be carried out through the interview with the Manager of the company, an instrument that is chosen according to the size of the organization, then the market analysis will be done of the electricity sector and matrices DOFA, EFI and EFE. Later, emphasis will be placed on each element of the human management process. After the situational analysis of the organization, finally a proposal will be proposed according to the needs of the organization and with projection of business growth and business idea of ​​the founding partners.
