El diseño de la propuesta de una ruta artesanal en el municipio de Flandes, Tolima, está dado a la problemática que es más que evidente en el municipio, donde los artesanos están dejando a un lado su arte, porque ya no le es factible la fabricación de artesanías, obteniendo una baja remuneración económica y siendo un proceso muy extenso y complicado de llevar a cabo. El fin de esta propuesta es rescatar a los artesanos junto con el arte el cual es patrimonio del municipio de Flandes. Al desarrollar esta propuesta se busca mejorar en gran proporción la llegada de visitantes al municipio y con esto tampoco dejar que el artesano se olvide o se deje a un lado en municipio. A partir de eso se hace un análisis e investigación de viabilidad para la ejecución de actividades artesanales cumpliendo las leyes y políticas que rigen este segmento. Una vez creado los puntos estratégicos son expuestos a las personas (interesadas turísticamente) mediante encuestas, entrevistas, voz a voz, redes sociales, grupos focales y otros métodos para así llevar a cabo la aprobación del público hacia la propuesta. Concluyendo que la vereda el Colegio de Flandes tiene lo suficiente para ser uno de los mayores exponentes turísticos del Tolima. ABSTRACT: The design of the proposal for an artisan route in the municipality of Flandes, Tolima, is given to the problem that is more than evident in the municipality, where artisans are leaving their art aside, because manufacturing is no longer feasible. of handicrafts, obtaining a low economic remuneration and being a very extensive and complicated process to carry out. The purpose of this proposal is to rescue the artisans along with the art which is the heritage of the municipality of Flanders. By developing this proposal, the aim is to greatly improve the arrival of visitors to the municipality and with this, neither will the artisan be forgotten or left aside in the municipality. From that, an analysis and feasibility investigation is made for the execution of artisan activities, complying with the laws and policies that govern this segment. Once the strategic points are created, they are exposed to people (interested in tourism) through surveys, interviews, word of mouth, social networks, focus groups and other methods in order to carry out public approval of the proposal. Concluding that the path of the Colegio de Flandes has enough to be one of the greatest tourist exponents of Tolima.
