A través del tiempo se ha evidenciado las diferentes modificaciones de las reformas tributarias en Colombia teniendo un gran impacto en la nación ya que muchas personas naturales como jurídicas se ven afectadas o beneficiadas por dichos cambios. Este proyecto monográfico tipo investigación sobre la nueva ley de financiamiento, la cual tiene como finalidad identificar las posibles causas y consecuencias tanto positivas como negativas que se pueden ver en diferentes sectores económico ya que el estado colombiano busca mantener en orden fiscal a través del recaudo del impuesto a diferentes tipos de contribuyentes. Es importante que los colombianos sean conscientes que los cambios tributarios generados a través de la historia colombiana involucra directa o indirectamente a todas las personas sin importar su naturaleza, ya que al momento de implementar una nueva ley o reforma todas las personas están pagando impuestos sin importar la calidad de comerciante, pues la canasta familiar es el afectado con las nuevas normas puestas en marcha a causa del impuesto del valor agregado (IVA) ya que es una forma de recaudo donde se evidencia el principio de igualdad y no de equidad. La finalidad de este trabajo es recolectar y analizar información de diferentes fuentes para dar a conocer la importancia de la nueva ley de financiamiento frente a las diferentes reformas tributarias en los últimos 1O años. De acuerdo a lo nombrado anteriormente se espera poder desarrollar y aplicar todos los conocimientos para cumplir con los requisitos del trabajo de grado del programa de contaduría pública ABSTRACT Over time the different modifications of the tax reforms in Colombia have been evidenced having a great impact on the nation since many natural and legal persons are affected or benefited by these changes. This monographic project type research on the new financing law, which aims to identify the possible causes and consequences both positive and negative that can be seen in different economic sectors since the Colombian state seeks to maintain fiscal order through the collection of tax to different types of taxpayers. lt is important that Colombians be aware that the tax changes generated through Colombian history directly or indirectly involve all people regardless of their nature, since at the time of implementing a new law or reform all people are paying taxes regardless merchant quality, since the family basket is the one affected by the new rules set in motion because of the value added tax (VAT) since it is a form of collection where the principie of equality and not of equity is evidenced. The purpose of this work is to collect and analyze information from different sources to publicize the importance of the new financing law against the different tax reforms in the last 1O years. According to the aforementioned, it is expected to be able to develop and apply all the knowledge to meet the requirements of the degree work of the public accounting program.
