RESUMEN: El tema tratado está relacionado con los resultados obtenidos en el trabajo de campo realizado sobre oferta y demanda en los municipios de pasca y pandi, enfocados principalmente en la generación de empleo de acuerdo a sus tipos de contratación, siendo esto un factor importante para su economía, mejorando de igual manera la calidad de vida de los empleados. También sobre los medios masivos de publicidad, los cuales son utilizados como modo de difusión para publicar sus actividades, obteniendo el interés de los habitantes, al mismo tiempo la de los visitantes de estos municipios. Por otro lado mostrar las ofertas turísticas que hoy se ofrecen en estas poblaciones, con el propósito de conocer, disfrutar de un ambiente sano y natural, como alternativa al turismo convencional. El turismo es entendido como una actividad de apropiación del espacio en el cual se producen impactos económicos enfocados especialmente en lo social y cultural, teniendo en cuenta la atención de las demandas del turista. ABSTRACT: The topic concerned is related to the results obtained in the field work done on supply and demand in the municipalities of Pasca and Pandi, focused mainly on the generation of employment according to their types of recruitment, this being a factor Important for your economy, improving the quality of life of employees in the same way. Also on the mass media of publicity, which are used as a mode of diffusion to publish their activities, obtaining the interest of the inhabitants, at the same time that of the visitors of these municipalities. On the other hand show the tourist offers that today are offered in these towns, with the purpose of knowing, to enjoy a healthy and natural environment, as an alternative to conventional tourism. Tourism is understood as an activity of appropriation of the space in which economic impacts are produced especially in the social and cultural, taking into account the attention of the demands of the tourist.
