Auditoría Al Manejo De La Depreciación De Los Elementos De Propiedad, Planta Y Equipo, En La Cámara De Comercio De Facatativá Durante La Vigencia 2019

El objetivo del presente trabajo de grado es realizar una auditoría al manejo de la depreciación de los elementos de propiedad, planta y equipo, en la Cámara de Comercio de Facatativá durante la vigencia 2019, con el fin de analizar y verificar el cumplimiento de la normativa interna aplicable a este proceso. Teniendo en cuenta el área de investigación: gerencial, contable e internacional y línea de investigación: costo, auditoría y gestión de organizaciones, se llevó a cabo técnicas de inspección, cálculo, instrumento de recolección de datos y análisis de la información. Permitiendo, conocer los procesos, procedimientos y manuales establecidos por la entidad y el grado de cumplimiento de cada uno de ellos, además, de verificar la óptima aplicación del método de depreciación a los elementos de propiedad, planta y equipo de la empresa según el modelo económico de la misma. Para finalizar, se elaboró un informe de auditoría con los hallazgos y recomendaciones obtenidas durante la auditoría y se concluyó que la empresa tiene establecido y cumple con los parámetros necesarios para el óptimo manejo y control del proceso de propiedad, planta y equipo a pesar de las falencias en el desarrollo de las actividades relacionadas al manejo de la propiedad, planta y equipo. Abstract The objective of this degree project is to carry out an audit of the depreciation management of the elements of property, plant and equipment, in the Facatativá Chamber of Commerce during the 2019 period, in order to analyze and verify compliance with the regulations internal applicable to this process. Taking into account the research area: managerial, accounting and international and line of investigation: cost, audit and organization management, inspection techniques, calculation, data collection instrument and information analysis were carried out. Allowing to know the processes, procedures and manuals established by the entity and the degree of compliance of each of them, in addition, to verify the optimal application of the depreciation method to the elements of property, plant and equipment of the company according to the model economic of the same. Finally, an audit report was prepared with the findings and recommendations obtained during the audit and it was concluded that the company has established and complies with the necessary parameters for the optimal management and control of the property, plant and equipment process despite the failures in the development of activities related to the management of property, plant and equipment.
