RESUMEN: EMPAQUES NACIONALES LTDA. Es una empresa colombiana cuya actividad principal es la fabricación de artículos de papel y cartón, actualmente no cuenta con los requisitos legales que les proporcione a los trabajadores mayor seguridad en los puestos de trabajo, como consecuencia se presentó en el año 2013 un accidente laboral, causado por el desconocimiento y ausencia de un programa de identificación de peligros, en efecto el decreto 1072 de 2015 hace referencia a que es de obligatorio cumplimiento que las empresas sin importar su naturaleza o tamaño, deben implementar el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, No obstante “La organización debe establecer, documentar, implementar mantener y mejorar en forma continua un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo” Respecto a estos lineamientos normativos, dicho sistema se ha comenzado a realizar bajo una identificación y evaluación de los riesgos existentes, por medio de una recolección de información primaria y así determinar el tipo de enfermedades profesionales, accidentes e incidentes que se presentan en la jornada laboral. Por otra parte, se pretende aplicar acciones correctivas y preventivas que ayude a minimizar los factores de riesgos existentes por medio de campañas de divulgación que contribuyan al conocimiento y ejecución del (SG-SST). Es decir que al implementar este sistema se persigue crear un ambiente de trabajo en el que prime la seguridad y mejore las condiciones de salud de todos los empleados de la organización. ABSTRACT:It is a Colombian company whose main activity is the manufacture of paper and cardboard items, currently does not have the legal requirements that provide workers with greater security in the workplace, as a result was presented in 2013 a work accident, caused by ignorance and the absence of a hazard identification program, in effect decree 1072 of 2015 makes reference to the fact that it is mandatory for companies to not import their nature or size, they must implement the Safety and Health Management System in the job. However, "The organization must establish, document, implement, maintain and continuously improve a safety and health management system at work". With respect to these normative guidelines, this system has begun to be carried out under the identification and evaluation of existing risks, through a collection of primary information and thus determine the type of occupational diseases, accidents and incidents that occur during the workday. On the other hand, it is intended to apply corrective and preventive actions that help to minimize existing risk factors through dissemination campaigns that contribute to knowledge and execution of the (SG-SST). In other words, when implementing this system, the aim is to create a work environment in which safety prevails and improve the health conditions of all employees of the organization.
