Item Análisis de riesgos laborales que tienen los negocios de comidas rápidas dentro del área de organización(2017-07-07) Salazar Carvajal, Andres Camilo; Uchuvo García, Juan CarlosRESUMEN: El presente trabajo de grado revela los factores que los trabajadores de comidas rápidas del sector de jumbo en su ámbito laboral, nos permite analizar y descubrir que se presentan una serie de riesgos potencialmente dañinos para la salud de los trabajadores, hemos descubierto que algunas empresas del sector no tienen afiliados a sus trabajadores, pero que cubren topo tipo de gastos de los que el trabajador necesita cuando se lastima, como medida propusimos un manual y unas capacitaciones pertinentes a los dueños de los establecimientos, un examen médico al ingresar y uno al salir de trabajar de estas empresas. ABSTRAC: The present work reveals the labor factors that fast food workers in the jumbo sector in their workplace, allows us to analyze and discover that there are a number of risks potentially harmful to the health of workers, we have discovered that some compaines of the sector do not have affiliates to their workers, but they cover all kinds of expenses that the worker needs when he is injured, as a measure we proposed a manual and some training pertinent to the owners of the establishments, a medical examination when entering and one to the Get out of work from these compaines.
