Evaluación del efecto de tres productos comerciales a base de calcio sobre la calidad y vida util postcosecha del fruto en el cultivo de uchuva (physalis peruviana l) en un ensayo de campo en la vereda san josé, granada, cundinamarca.

Este trabajo evaluó el efecto de tres productos comerciales a base de calcio junto a un tratamiento testigo (T1: CaB-Stoller, T2: Barrier-Cosmocel, T3: Blinder Duo-Campofert, T4: Testigo), sobre la calidad y vida útil postcosecha de los frutos de uchuva (Physalis peruviana L) en la vereda San José, en el municipio de granada Cundinamarca. Se empleo un diseño completamente aleatorizado con cuatro tratamientos y cinco repeticiones, en donde se analizaron variables como porcentaje de rajado, dureza del fruto, tamaño del fruto, peso del fruto, vida útil postcosecha y porcentaje de fruta aprobada para exportación. Los resultaron destacaron al tratamiento 3 (Blinder duo – Campofert) con la concentración más alta con 345g/L, reduciendo el porcentaje de rajado a 9.78%, aumentando la dureza a 1.36kg/cm² y alargando la vida útil postcosecha hasta 40 días, posicionándolo como el tratamiento más eficaz. A pesar de esto el tratamiento 1 (CaB-Stoller) lidero la variable de tamaño del fruto, sugiriendo influencias de factores bióticos y abióticos.Estos resultados posicionan al tratamiento 3 Blinder (Duo-Campofert) como una estrategia efectiva para mejorar la calidad y vida útil postcosecha en mercados internacionales exigentes. This work evaluated the effect of three commercial calcium-based products together with a control treatment (T1: CaB-Stoller, T2: Barrier-Cosmocel, T3: Blinder Duo-Campofert, T4: Control), on the quality and post-harvest shelf life of cape gooseberry (Physalis peruviana L) fruits in the San José area, in the municipality of Granada, Cundinamarca. A completely randomized design with four treatments and five repetitions was used, where variables such as cracking percentage, fruit hardness, fruit size, fruit weight, post-harvest shelf life and percentage of fruit approved for export were analyzed. The results highlighted treatment 3 (Blinder Duo – Campofert) with the highest concentration at 345 g/L, reducing the cracking percentage to 9.78%, increasing hardness to 1.36 kg/cm², and extending postharvest shelf life up to 40 days, positioning it as the most effective treatment. Despite this, treatment 1 (CaB-Stoller) led in the fruit size variable, suggesting influences from biotic and abiotic factors.These results position Blinder treatment 3 (Duo-Campofert) as an effective strategy for improving quality and postharvest shelf life in demanding international markets.
