El presente informe está basado en el trabajo realizado durante el proceso de pasantía en la empresa Inversiones Escobar Marín S.A.S, en donde se diseñó e implemento un software de inventarios con el objetivo de controlar y estandarizar los procesos del almacén y del área de producción (cocina, parrilla), mediante una base de datos que almacene la totalidad de los productos necesarios para el desarrollo de su actividad económica y la fluctuación de estos en el transcurso de determinado tiempo. Mediante la implementación de métodos y técnicas se dio cabida al desarrollo de formatos y requerimientos necesarios para la estructuración de los procesos y el control de los mismo, es de vital importancia para la organización la finalización satisfactoria del programa, que será la base para la transición deseada por la gerencia. Dando inicio al plan de mejora continua y reestructuración planteado por la alta gerencia. ABSTRACT This report is based on the work done during the internship process at the company Inversiones Escobar Marín SAS, where an inventory software was designed and implemented with the objective of controlling and standardizing the processes of the warehouse and the production area (kitchen, grill), by means of a database that stores all the products necessary for the development of its economic activity and the fluctuation of these in the course of the determined time. Through the implementation of methods and techniques, the development of formats and requirements required for the structuring of the processes and their control was made possible, the successful completion of the program, which will be the basis for the transition, is vital for the organization desired by management.
