RESUMEN: La caracterización socioeconómica de la región del Sumapaz, realizada en los municipios de Arbeláez, Fusagasugá y Pasca, tiene como objetivo actualizar la información, ya que la actual no lo está. Este es un trabajo que requiere recopilación de datos en periodos cortos por el constante cambio que sufre la región. Esta investigación contribuye en gran manera al desarrollo socioeconómico pues nos da cifras del momento que atraviesan estos tres municipios, y con los cuales podemos dar un diagnóstico de como están, que problemas tienen y hacia donde podemos enfocar dicho desarrollo La investigación se implementó en los establecimientos de comercio ubicados dentro del casco urbano de cada municipio, para ello se usó la metodología descriptiva, basándonos en fuentes de datos primarios y secundarios. ABSTRACT: The characterizacion socioeconomic of the sumapaz region made in the Arbelaez, Fusagasugá and Pasca municipalitys. It's objective update the information, because the actuality it's not update. This is a work that need compilation of dates, in short times, because constant changes to bear the region. This investigation contribute a big way to development socioeconomic, since numbers of moment that put across these three municipalitys and whith the which can give a diagnosis of who is, what is the problems and towards where a focus development The investigation is insert in the setting up, located downtown each municipalitys. For this use the metodology descripty based on sources of dates primarys and secundarys.to insert to take the information means of the formula of theory samply.
