La presente investigación se realizó en el municipio de Villeta Cundinamarca con el fin de conocer la factibilidad que tiene producir y comercializar productos (vajillas) biodegradables, la idea es que se aprovechen al máximo los recursos naturales, como lo son los residuos de la caña de azúcar, y así mitigar el impacto ambiental que generan los productos desechables elaborados con plástico e icopor. Para el desarrollo se tuvieron en cuenta los siguientes estudios de mercado y técnico con el fin de conocer la población a estudiar sus características la maquinaria, materia prima, adecuaciones del lugar, posteriormente se realizan estudios financiero, administrativo y ambiental con el fin de conocer la cantidad de recursos que se necesitan para la puesta en marcha del proyecto, cargos, funciones y documentos para que la empresa inicie con su parte administrativa y finalmente el impacto ambiental que se genera con dicho proyecto y como se va a mitigar el impacto, que genere el proceso de producción del nuevo producto. ABSTRACT The investigation was made out on the municipality of Villeta Cundinamarca in order to know the feasibility of producing and marketing biodegradable products (dishes), the idea is to make the most of natural resources, such as cane waste sugar, and thus mitigate the environmental impact generated by disposable products made with plastic and icopor. we made some estudies to develop the Project one of them were the marketing and technical studies, they were taken into account in order to know the population to study his characteristics, machinery, raw material, adjustments of the place, the follow studies were financial, administrative and environmental, they are carried out in order to know the amount of resources needed for the implementation of the project, charges, functions and documents so that the company starts with its administrative department and finally the environmental impact that is generated as the Project said also how the impact will be mitigated
