Propuesta De Estructuración Organizacional A La Empresa Chatarrería Talia

La siguiente propuesta de estructuración organizacional a la empresa CHATARRERIA TALIA, tuvo como objetivo diagnosticar a la compañía para determinar el estado actual de la misma; y luego de desarrollo de matrices que ayudaron a establecer cada uno de los factores de más relevancia y que influían en la empresa en los cuales se debía trabajar con especial atención; dio como resultado evidente: que la empresa pese a su antigüedad en el mercado (24 años), se encuentra sumida en un periodo de letargo ocasionado por su falta de estructuración organizacional. Seguidamente se formularon 8 estrategias con sus respectivos planes de acción enfocados al cumplimiento del escenario apuesta establecido por medio de la técnica prospectiva, se instituyó un horizonte de tiempo a 5 años, de la misma manera se determinaron presupuesto, actividades e indicadores y para llegar a su cumplimiento se determinó la monitoria estratégica. Finalmente se estableció el direccionamiento estratégico que permitirá a cada miembro de la organización fijar un horizonte alineado con la compañía, esto permitirá que la empresa CHATARRERIA TALIA logre éxito empresarial, financiero y posicionamiento en el mercado. En el informe se evidencia el apoyo y aporte realizado en dicha entidad en relación de los respectivos seguimientos de las actividades administrativas y sus falencias para la mejora continua en la organización y dirección de la oficina del almacén municipal de Facatativá. ABSTRACT The following organizational structuring proposal to the company CHATARRERIA TALIA, was aimed at diagnosing the company to determine its current status; and after the development of matrices that helped establish each of the most relevant factors and that influenced the company in which special attention should be worked; The obvious result was that the company despite its age in the market (24 years), is mired in a period of lethargy caused by its lack of organizational structure.
