Evaluación del impacto del “programa madres adolescentes un reto social y de academia” de la unidad amigable Seccional Girardot, universidad de Cundinamarca año 2014-2018”

El embarazo en adolescente es un problema que ocasiona un gran impacto en los ambientes familiares, económicos y socioculturales convirtiéndose en un tema relevante para abordar en la actualidad con el fin de acompañar desde la gestación temprana a la adolescente para disminuir el riesgo, evitar la deserción escolar, garantizando la continuidad de su proyecto de vida articulada con la crianza y en evitar un nuevo embarazo antes de los dos años. Este propósito fue planteado hace 6 años en el programa Madres Adolescentes un Reto Social de la Academia, en el cual en un trabajo coordinado con la secretaria de salud municipal se realizaba un acompañamiento a la gestante adolescente su pareja o su familia para disminuir los riesgos durante esta etapa a través de la orientación de los cuidados prenatales, el parto, puerperio y lactancia; durante este tiempo se realizaron 1.127 seguimientos , lo que permitió realizar la evaluación del impacto para verificar que tanta adherencia se logró en la anticoncepción, en la crianza de su hijo y en la continuidad de sus estudios, para esto se tomó una muestra de 287 madres adolescentes, la recolección de la información se hará a través de visitas domiciliarias teniendo en cuenta una guía de conversatorio, lista de chequeo para la prevención de embarazo subsiguiente y protocolo de atención a víctimas de violencia sexual a niñas menores de 14 años, en caso de ser requerido se aplicara a las IPS primarias la lista de chequeo ruta de atención intersectorial a las niñas menores de edad embarazadas. Los instrumentos se sometieron a prueba de expertos arrojando una calificación de 3.94 a 3.97 y un índice de validación de 4, indicando la aprobación de las listas de chequeo. ABSTRACT: The Adolescent pregnancy is a problem that causes a great impact on family, economic and socio-cultural environments, becoming a relevant issue to learn into today in order to accompany the adolescent from early pregnancy to reduce risk, avoid school desertion, guarantering the continuity of her life project articulated with parenting and to avoid a new pregnancy before the age of two. This purpose was raised 6 years ago in the program "Adolescent Mothers" a Social Challenge of the Academy, in its which in a coordinated work with the municipal health secretary, the pregnant adolescent, her partner or her family was accompanied to reduce the risks during this stage through the orientation of prenatal care, childbirth, puerperium and breastfeeding; During this time, 1,127 follow up’ps were carried out, its which allowed to carry out the impact evaluation to verify that so much adherence was achieved in contraception, in the up bringing of their child and in the continuity of their studies, for this a take sample of 287 mothers was taken adolescents of 1,127, the recollection of information will be done through home visits applying the subsequent pregnancy prevention checklist, checklist of the protocol of care for victims of sexual violence to girls under 14 years old, checklist of the route of Intersectoral care for pregnant underage girls designed by subjecting them to expert testing, generating the following results. Regarding the checklist for adolescent mothers in the prevention of subsequent pregnancy and off course to the evaluative scale for the instrument, them present a validity index of 3.97. In the checklist for the care protocol for Victims of sexual violence to girls underage 14 years and according to the evaluation scale for the instrument, I present a validity index of 3.94. and in the intersectoral care route checklist for pregnant underage girls, and according to the evaluation scale for the instrument, them present a validity index of 3.96. As for the average validation of the three instruments submitted to the expert test, a validation index of 4.0 was obtained, indicating to approve in the application of the checklists.
